June is #MensHealthMonth! It is important to establish a relationship with a primary care provider at 18 by completing a physical. A visit with your primary care provider will need to be done every 1-3 years until age 50 or more frequently, based on your personal risk factors. Starting at age 50, a yearly physical will need to be done. We had a great time at this week's Conway Regional Wellness Walk and Talk! 🎉👟Erika Setzler, MS, ACSM-CPT, is the HFC Human Performance Program Manager and a former collegiate runner/USA Triathlete team member.
