very good --Doctor was very up to date concerning my health

Dr. Armstrong was kind and respectful towards me. He listened and was very good at explaining things to me. He did not act like he was too busy for me. Nor did he treat me like my concerns were frivolous. I am very glad I changed to him for my cardiologist.

I was seen on time, very efficiently, and out the door 15 minutes later. Dr. Armstrong is straightforward, personable, and open to discussing any issues or concerns I had. An excellent experience.

The nurse who showed me to an exam room spoke loudly and I did not see her sanitize her hands. Also, while I waited for the doctor to come in, someone was having a personal phone conversation outside my door.

My nurse that checked me in was very personable. She explained everything she was doing. The process was very smooth. Dr Armstrong explained all options and we discussed what I would be comfortable with. Would recommend this office to anyone!

Making appointments is still not easy. I am to go back in 4 months but no appointment was made. I was told I would get a letter. I was referred to another doctor and did hear from them. They said they would get back to me when they had time. This is frustrating for me.

Dr. Armstrong is a gentle being. That is not the best word, but mild is incorrect. He looks carefully at my records before my visit. He listens to my concerns. I feel better just from seeing him. He is a doctor who has a gift for healing. I am so glad he is a doctor, and even gladder that he is my cardiologist.

Excellent experience

Arrived early but had to Wait 1 1/2 hours for doctor. My medication record continues to be inaccurate despite having told various Prisma offices the errors. And the check out female employee was borderline rude to me with her shortness and disinterest.
