@virginmedia It says there are no known issues. I've taken the white cable out and reconnected and rebooted and it makes no difference. Some sky sports channels are not working and just show error w02! This happens far too often!

I suggest you tweet a response with reason&expected fixed time. Considering I dont know anyone that isnt having issues! Grrr

@potatocubed @NoContextBrits @virginmedia I spent 45 minutes on the phone the other day trying to sort out cancelling a tv package….absolutely shocking customer service. When you do get through you cant understand their broken English either, which makes it more painful.

@virginmedia I have done web chats for the past 18 months and nothing ever gets resolved. I have a tech come every 2 months, they have to replace wiring outside of my flat via a ladder. It works for 2 months, then breaks again. I want a permanent solution not a web chat.

@virginmedia Rebooted. Ethernet speeds are as advertised (for now) but WiFi both 2.4 and 5Ghz are completely poor most of the time. Our Wifi pod arrived today, gonna test that over the next 24 hours to see if upstairs at least improved stability and speed.
